Manage your SELF Loan account online through Aspire Servicing Center, where you can make payments, update your information, and access loan details. If your loan is in default, you’ll make payments directly to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education. Details are provided below.

Aspire Servicing Center

Access Your Account and Make Payments Online

Borrowers can manage their SELF Loan, make payments, and view account details through Aspire Servicing Center, the loan servicer for the SELF Loan program. Using Aspire’s online portal, you can:

  • Make monthly payments
  • View loan balances
  • Set up or update auto-debit
  • Update your contact information
  • View payment history and other loan documents

If you have questions about your account, you can call Aspire at 800-243-7552. Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.

Loan Accounts in Default

Borrowers who have received notice that their SELF Loan is in default will make payments directly to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education. 

To pay online you will need to enter your last name and Parti ID, which can be found on your monthly statement.
